See my GDC 2014 slides!

I recently had the privilege of presenting a talk at GDC 2014 for KIXEYE: Building Customer Support and Loyalty, in which I talked about how and why KIXEYE built the Monocle customer support system as a web app, the challenges and rewards of building a uniform support API across multiple games, and how designing games with support scenarios in mind yields benefits across the whole product. Pretty exciting to get to show off my whole team’s work. The full talk will be in the GDC Vault later this month, but for now, I’ve uploaded slides:

waiting for the L4D SDK

Valve‘s taking their sweet time to release Left 4 Dead‘s mod tools. Meanwhile, I have a hacked-up Orange Box SDK, Sourcemod, and this prototype laser rifle.
